“Best customer service around”

Pros

Hands down the best support out there. Both sides of the platform are easy to learn, even if you are new. We are loyal customers.

There are occasional hiccups, but support replies fast and gets things fixed quickly.

“Simple for staff and employers”

Pros

Easy for staff and employers. Clocking in and out takes a few clicks, we see pay in real time, and staff can update their own info, which takes a load off.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like there are too many updates and trainings to keep up with.

“Powerful but glitchy at times”

Pros

Once set up, payroll and self-service are smooth, and the single database keeps everything together.

Cons

I hit a few system glitches with PTO accruals and an effective date that did not carry over to benefits. Support helped, but it slowed us down.
